Rebel Forge Gold Giveaway — Official Rules

By participating in the Rebel Forge Gold Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older.
  • Employees of Rebel Forge LLC and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • To claim a prize, participants must be a Rebel Forge follower, member, or token supporter. If a QR code is found or an entry is made by someone outside the community, Rebel Forge administration will decide, at its sole discretion, whether to award a prize.

How to Enter

  • Purchase Method: Each Treasure Hunter Token purchased equals one entry. Memberships (Basic, Plus, Premium) include recurring entries.
  • Free Method (AMOE): To enter without purchase, mail a postcard with your full name, email address, and the phrase “Rebel Forge Gold Giveaway” to:
    Rebel Forge LLC, [Your Mailing Address], Miami, FL [ZIP]. Limit: 1 free entry per person per day.

Prizes

  • Monthly prize: one (1) 1-gram gold bar (approximate retail value: $100–$120).
  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except by Rebel Forge.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries once per month.
  • Winner announcements are made live on Rebel Forge social media channels.
  • Winners will be contacted by email. Failure to respond within 7 days may result in disqualification.

General Conditions

  • No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
  • Rebel Forge reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time.
  • All decisions by Rebel Forge administration are final, including eligibility and prize awards.
